PRIVACY & SAFETY

Smartlite LEDS may use cookie and tracking technology depending on the features offered. Cookie and tracking technology are useful for gathering information such as browser type and operating system, tracking the number of visitors to the site, and understanding how visitors use the site.

Personal information cannot be collected via cookies and other tracking technology. Aggregate cookie and tracking information may be shared with third parties.

WHOLESALE INQUIRIES

We may share information with government agencies or other companies assisting us in fraud prevention or investigation. We may do so when:

(1) permitted or required by law; or,
(2) trying to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud or unauthorized transactions; or,

(3) investigating fraud which has already taken place. The information is not provided to these companies for marketing purposes.

PAYMENT METHODS

Buyers can choose to pay via PayPal or bank deposit.

Buyers are required to carefully follow payment instruction on the checkout. 

Smartlite is not liable for any unidentified payment and subsequent delivery delays if buyers fail to follow the instructions on the checkout page.

Please keep in mind there is additional clearance time for payment made via PayPal echeque or Bank Deposit/Transfers. Once the payment is credited to our account your item will be dispatched. All prices for items and shipping costs are quoted in Australia Dollars.

DELIVERY Items are generally dispatched within one working day after payment is cleared.

DELIVERY

Delivery can take 2-4 days depends on areas you located. Buyers will be able to trace deliveries with a unique tracking number if shipped via parcel post. While wewillendeavour to send all items with tracking number there may be a few smaller items will be sent without a tracking number.

Buyers have full responsibility to provide us with the correct delivery address on the checkout page before payment is made. Smartlite is not liable for any delays, losses and / or damage to items due to changes of delivery address after checkout or mistakes made by buyers.

If items are returned due to incorrect or undeliverable address and unsuccessful delivery re-delivery fee may be applicable to buyers if you want us to delivery again. Otherwise returned items will be kept in our warehouse for one month since returns are reached in our warehouse. Smartlite won’t take any responsibility after one month.

Items will be delivered during normal working hours (8am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday) Delivery is not available on weekends and public holiday.

RETURNS

60 days return to base.12 month warranty will apply to all Smartlite products since the date you received items. Buyers must contact us for return authorization first. If items shows symptoms of operational failures could be defective or something other problem caused.

So buyers are encouraged to contact us via email message or ring us with a full and detailed description of the issue. Most cases could be resolved through communication. Warranty won’t apply to products damaged by buyers. If your issues are resolved by sending a replacement to you, The warranty is the same as the returned products.
